Short term rentals involve letting a property from a few weeks to a few months (subject to local authority restrictions). Short Lets are an option between serviced apartments or renting a property for a longer minimum period. All utility bills are included within the rent (excluding telecommunication services) All our short let properties are furnished to a high standard with appliances and household items such as towels, linen, crockery and electrical goods supplied. Again, we have an extremely stringent vetting process to enable us to find suitable tenants for your property.

If you are unaware of your plans or unsure whether you wish to sell your property and only wish to rent for a short period of time, this gives you a great income stream whilst allowing you immense flexibility. Perhaps you are going abroad for a few months for business or pleasure and dont want to leave your property vacant. You can also bring in a rental income during a void period or whilst you are waiting for a longer term tenant to take occupation. This option offers you the flexibility you need.
